Hello,
i tried to aktivate the Security Mode on the Client side. I tried different modes, but no one works.
When i try to connect to the Server, i get the error: Bad_SecurityChecksFailed…. “An error occurred verifying security”.
When i look in the Server Folder: /PKI/CA/rejected, i find the certificate from the client.
What could be the reason, that the server rejects it? How can i make the Server trust the Client?

Thanks

The server always rejects new certificates by default, unless they are signed by a trusted CA certificate. You will have to move the certificate to the ‘certs’ folder in the server’s certificate store.

I tried to move the certificate to the “certs” folder. But when i connect the next time, the server deletes the certificate from “certs” and puts it in the “rejected” folder again.
Maybe i should mention, that the server is running on a linux System.

Which server? Does the server log anything about it? Are you sure you removed it from the rejected folder?

No problem. I have made the same mistake myself a few times… :)
