Hello,

I am working on SampleConsoleClient. I want to test the functionality for Events & Alarms as well as for History View, But I am unable to find it.
So my question is “Is that functionality available with evaluation version of Prosys..?” if yes then where i can find that code in SDK..?

Hello,

See sections “13. Subscribe to Events” and “14. History Access” of the OPC UA SDK for Java Client Tutorial for instructions on how to subscribe to Events and how to read history data in Clients. If you are using SampleConsoleServer, you can subscribe to MyDevice (ns=2;s=MyDevice) to receive Event notifications (the Node actually generates ExclusiveLevelAlarmType Alarms represented by MyLevelAlarm (ns=2;s=MyLevel.Alarm)) and MyLevel (ns=2;s=MyLevel) supports reading history data.
