Hello everyone,
I am a QA Automaion engineer with previous experience in Web application testing. I am involved in a project where I will test a Aggregation Server. I have been trying to learn about OPC UA by reading the specification documents for about a month. At the same time, I am trying to apply what I have learned using Prosys Java SDK on Prosys Simulation Server. But I urgently need to speed up this learning process.
As you know, unfortunately there are not many resources on the internet about OPC UA. I just realized today that ProSys is offering training on OPC UA. Has anyone taken the self-paced Online course before? I’m curious about your opinions on the course.
Thanks in advance for your answers/suggestions
Edit:
To my mind, the course is designed for very beginners and non-tech people, for them it would be a really good Introductory course but sure it wasn’t for me…

I feel your struggle with the OPC UA learning curve. It’s a niche topic. I haven’t taken the ProSys course, but thanks for sharing your experience. It’s helpful to know that it’s more introductory, which can be great for newcomers. However, I am also thinking of taking hrdf claimable courses. It will help me develop in my career. What about you, guys?
