Hello, I’m using th simulation server to test my OPC UA application. I would like to test method calls.I’ve seen that under Object there is a node ‘Server’ and ander it there is a method GetMonitoredItem. Is this method able to be called?. I’m using node id “i=11492”: is this nodeid correct?.

Hi,

Method simulation is not yet at the scope of the application.

However as that method is one defined in standard (Part 5 section 9.1 and use case in Part 4 section 5.12.2.1), you can call it.

As the simulation server also includes nodes that our SDKs samples have, you can call the MyMethod under Objects/MyObjects/MyMethod.
