Hi,

I have commented out issuerCertificate part so that I can create Signed software Certificate
and added the applicationInstanceCertificate to trust list by right clicking in simulation server Certificate list.
The certificates generated in private folder of project are
ProsysSampleCA.der
ProsysSampleCA.pem
SampleConsoleClient_https.der
SampleConsoleClient_https.pem
SampleConsoleClient.der
SampleConsoleClient.pem

Currently I am getting Bad_SecurityChecksFailed exception.

Do I need to import or install or move any of the certificates?

Hello,

That error is displayed if the client does not trust the server certificate or the server does not trust the client certificate. The first thing to do is to double-check that correct certificates were trusted at both ends.

Hi,

Can u please tell me the steps.

In simulation server I can see SampleConsoleClient and changed it to trusted by right click.

In physical storage folder of simulation server C:\Users\UserName\.prosys\SimulationServer\PKI\CA\
there are four folders
1.Certs contains one certificate BDC4A0DDB17DF4CC26A9972CA2FE658D60996A53.der
2.crl
3.private
SimulationServer.der
SimulationServer.pem
SimulationServer_https.der
SimulationServer_https.pem
SimulationServerCA.der
SimulationServerCA.pem

4. rejected

The certificates generated in private folder of project are
ProsysSampleCA.der
ProsysSampleCA.pem
SampleConsoleClient_https.der
SampleConsoleClient_https.pem
SampleConsoleClient.der
SampleConsoleClient.pem

Which one of these do I need to add to the trust list.?

Currently I have added SimulationServer.der and BDC4A0DDB17DF4CC26A9972CA2FE658D60996A53.der to trust list.

and the procedure I followed is 1.clicked on these 2. pop up comes 3 clicked on install and 4.placed it to TrustedRootCertification authorities and imported.

Is this the right approach to add it to trust list?

Ok,

The simulation server is probably now trusting the right certificate. If you take a look at the PKI/ CA/rejected folder of the SampleConsoleClient, can you see some certificates listed in there? If yes, try moving those certificates to the PKI/CA/certs folder.
