OfflineHi!
Is it possible to configure reverse connection (server sends to a client a reverseHello message) on PROSYS OpcUa Simulation Server?
I’ve added opc.tcp and opc.https client addresses under Reverse Connection Settings but Prosys OPC Ua Browser is able to connect only via tcp but not https
Is there a reverse https connection support?

OfflineHi,
We do not recommend using opc.https.
The UI could be improved; reverse connections only work for opc.tcp. They do not exist for opc.https. As far as I’m aware this is due to not being possible to decouple the “http client side” from the “origin of connection”. It would have been different if it would have been “opc.tls” (i.e. on top of raw TLS, not HTTP over TLS), but it is hard to go ~15 years to the past to change that.

Thanks for the answer. I could not find yet any stack/software that is able to reverse connect via https. But the opcua specification does not forbid use of https. It clearly says that it can be done through connection-based protocols (TCP) or message based protocols (HTTP/S)
