I have Windows 10 Enterprise with OS build 19043.1237

Simulation server version: 5.0.8-330, SDK Version 4.5.6-1429 (evaluation license)

The fun part is that the server was working for few hours. When I deleted a node, it stopped responding and after next start, I started to get this error. Neither reboot or reinstallation helped.

The error file in the installation folder has below content.
