MQTT connection error when trying to use PubSub

I am getting an error connecting to my EMQX MQTT broker from the simulation server.

When I test the configuration, I get this:
Error:
Failed to connect the MQTT broker: MqttException (0)

If I apply and attempt to start, I get this error:
Error connecting to ssl://m11f8e01.ala.us-east-1.emqxssl.com:8883: MqttException (0)

EmQx provides a CA certificate file I can download, but is this required? And where would I place it?

Yeah, I am afraid the current release does not work properly with MQTTS.

We have a beta release that should fix this and I can provide it to you by email.
