Hello
My whole Simulation::FolderType, that was under the Objects::FolderType, with all variables have disappeared and it is no longer possible for me to add any nodes of any kind under the Objects tab. Other than that the program seems to be working fine and i receive no error messages. When i go to add a node and click OK the window just disappers and nothing happens. What can this be? I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but the simulation folder is still missing and I cannot add anything.

I don’t think we’ve encountered an error like this before. If you wish, you can send Simulation Server’s logs and configuration files to simulation-server-support@prosysopc.com so that we could check them. See the “File Locations” section of the user manual for information on where to find the logs and the configuration files. You can send us all files in the configuration folder, except for PKI and USERS_PKI, which are certificate files that we won’t need for diagnosing the problem.
Also, uninstalling Simulation Server doesn’t remove its configuration files, so it won’t help in situations like these. You will need to remove the configuration files manually if you wish to reset Simulation Server’s configuration.
