I have OPC UA client written in Python trying to connect Prosys OPC Simulation server ( opc.tcp://localhost:53530/OPCUA/SimulationServer).
But i get the following error.
CRITICAL:opcua.client.ua_client.Socket:Received an error: MessageAbort(error:StatusCode(BadTcpMessageTooLarge), reason:Bad_TcpMessageTooLarge (code=0x80800000, description=”Chunk size (132) exceeded maximum (-1)”))

Unless you can show that there is something wrong in the functioning of Simulation Server, the development of clients outside of our products is not in the scope of support.

Hello Sw,

I had exacly the same issue testing the Java Server SDK with a standard python-opcua test client. I had to make changes in the python library to make this work (check their git), I don’t think its a prosys-related problem.
