I am trying to use prosys C++ based UA SDK. I just want to know whether a version compiled with VS2010 is available or will be available in near future or not. As code of our product is currently compiled with 2010.

Previously there was a possibility to purchase a precompiled version of the C++ based OPC UA SDK for Visual Studio 2010. However, at the moment there’s no longer a precompiled version for the VS2010.

You can purchase the source code edition of the toolkit and compile the SDK yourself.
