Hi,
does uaClient.setLocale(newLocale) has effect after uaClient.connect()?
i.e. if newLocale is set will client fetch newLocale texts?
or it depends on server implementation?

No, unless the session is activated again for some reason (e.g. changing UserIdentity or reconnection on connection break). This is because the locales are sent when activating the session (see specification Part 4, section 5.6.3.2).
We could maybe implement this for some later version.. (activate again using current user identity).
