Hi :

attempt to create a server to work on a android device with 3g communication. These device often work behind a symmetric router that offers a different IP for each connection created. Has anyone test the DiscoveryService in these conditions? i need one VPN?

The server should always be accessible with a static address or DNS name so that the clients can open the connection. If that is not the case, you need to consider some strategy to provide the dynamic address to the client first.
