As the features specification states there is only UA-Binary support for serialization.

Hello,

OPC UA Binary has been the most widely supported data encoding in OPC UA. At the moment there are no plans to support OPC UA XML or OPC UA JSON.

Do you have a usecase that would require supporting these data encodings?
