Hello,
we have some strange behaviour at one of our customers with his UA Server (Siemens). The created a bunch of historizing
nodes and our own client which runs with your java sdk (and also third party UA Clients like UaExpert and others) have extremly
slow performance.
Polling 10 Items (timespan = 1h) takes over 10s, 50 Items over a minute (nearly linear evolve). Important: these items have
no values at all in the query time span.
We tried several Clients with your Simulation Server (MyLevel Node for example does historize) and the performance is very good.
The node attributes also look like they are not property configured : http://www2.pic-upload.de/img/…..edited.jpg
or does it have no impact if value & datatype is in “error red” state ?
Many thanks in advance,
Patrick

Hello,
The node attributes indeed seem a little weird. For example, no data type seems to be available for the value. Also, usually the “CurrentRead” AccesLevel is specified, which enables clients to read the value attribute.
Regarding the performance issue, I would suggest contacting the server vendor.
