Hi, We have a Java application, which a simple need, we just need to read 2 registers from a KepWareEX OPC Server. I’m trying a simple solution like:

UaClient client = new UaClient(url);
…
NodeId id = new NodeId(0, “s=Channel1.Device1.Tag1”);
DataValue val = client.readValue(id);

I get “NodeIDUnknown” from the OPC server (in all name spaces). Should this not be OK or is there something I have missed?

If you cannot find the tags from the address space, I suggest you ask Kepware what is the correct format for the NodeIds.

Thanks. I found the correct syntax, using the Java Client. It was the name space that was wrong.
