I understand that PROSYS APIs are certified by OPC Foundation, but how many SCADA system has it been tested with (like Siemens, Honeywell, ABB, GE , Yokogawa , TOSHIBA etc?). Is there a comprehensive list available where this software is already been use or atleast tested with? Or shall we assume that once its certifed by OPC foundation, it can be presumed that it will work with all SCADA/DCS stystems?

Yes, this is the main point of certification testing. There is no comprehensive list available, but all certified products should be interoperable.
