That is still only the Release Candidate version of the specification, which is still open to changes.

But we are working on the implementation and hopefully we can come up with an implementation at end of the year/beginning of 2018.

Is there any update on this? The OPC Part 14 was released this year, are PubSub feature implemented in the Prosys SDK already? Thank you.

I also found the discussion at https://forum.prosysopc.com/forum/opc-ua-java-sdk/roadmap-for-opc-ua-pub-sub-specification-part-14/ where Heikki states “by the end of the year”

Hi Johannes,

No, unfortunately there are no new updates on this matter. We are still planning to introduce PubSub features but I cannot promise you any specific date when these are released.

If you like, I can add you to our list of people who are interested in PubSub and we can send you a testing version when there is something to release.

I’d like to get PunSub functionality when you release some beta version.
Currently, I implemented pubsub function using last value node concept and zeromq multi-casting.
But zeromq network can’t apply opc ua security. So i still wait your update version.
Please let me know the some update for pubsub.
Thanks.

Yes, unfortunately the implementation has been delayed, but we intend to work on this more from the beginning of next year. It is still uncertain how big an effort it will be in total and when exactly it could be available for testing.
