Does prosys have an sdk for OPC Classic? If not then can you suggest some commercial SDK’s for the same?

No, unfortunately Visual Studio is not supported. The SDK is for Delphi/C++Builder only. And that is a commercial tool, available from Embarcadero.

But it is very easy to use and reliable and has been on the market for over 10 years.
