Hello,
I want to design my application where client and server are combine together just like the figure 7 in opc ua specification document, I am wondering that whether this SDK supports this design or not. And if this SDK supports this mechanism, then how?

Yes that is possible. You can just instantiate UaServer and UaClient objects in the same application as necessary. If you wish to make a gateway, which just exposes information from several underlying servers, it becomes more complicated since you will need to merge the namespaces and convert the (namespaceIndex of the) respective NodeIDs and BrowseNames in between.
