there is a subscription limit for java sdk evaluation client?
I receive Bad_TooManySubscriptions for more than 5 subscriptions

Hi,

No it just has the runtime limit.

Note that in OPC UA the server limits the number of subscriptions. This is to say, it will depend from server-to-server and might be configurable in the server application (or not).
