Hello, onDataChange method notification occurs when nodes are subscribed.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using(testing) Prosys OPC client Java SDK with a great pleasure.

I found out that onDataChange method notifies even at the moment when nodes are subscribed.

I expect that I would get notifications ‘only’ when subscribed node change their state.

I need to send nodes when they change their state but my program notifies every node that I subscribed when the program is initialised.
I only need to send nodes which changed their states.

Do you provide a method or a class (an interface) for this specific purpose?

If you can advise me on this issue, I will be very grateful.

Unfortunately, this is not easily possible: the server will send notifications of all initial values to the client when the subscription is created.

You will need to find out how to skip these initial values in your application, for example based on the timestamp values(?) or something else.
