I’m trying to connect to a (custom) Unified Automation SDK built server using BASIC256 / BASIC128RSA15 sign & encrypt. While BASIC256 s&e (and #NONE) connections work easily, I can’t get the BASIC128rsa15 to work. The connection is rejected with “Bad_SecurityChecksFailed”. This doesn’t seem to be a problem with my Prosys Java SDK client code but possibly with the applicationUri or certificate content, I tried to find hints in the specs with no success. Any hints on what of the client’s properties or certificate contents are checked differently in Basic128rsa15 would be much appreciated.

There shouldn’t be any differences in the security validation depending on the security algorithm. Have you contacted Unified Automation about this? They will probably be able to help resolving the issue better.
