I just downloaded and installed OPC UA Historian to evaluate it for our project. I also installed MariaDB beforehand. I have completed the configuration and restarted the program. When I go to the source servers tab the add button is grayed out and disabled. Am I missing something? How do I add OPC sources to retrieve data from? Thanks.

Most likely the windows service that runs the server part of the software is not running. Please start it from Windows Services (named Prosys-OPC-UA-Historian). In 1.0.0 there will be monitoring and ways to start the server/service from the UI.
