Thanks for your prompt response for my all my queries.
Really sorry if I have spoil your vacation.
As you said that port binding would be the problem, because when I ran the netstat command in server 2019 I could see,
10.x.x.x:53530 HOSTNAME Established

The same which I could not see it in server 2016. The only entry of port 53530 in server 2016 was with 127.0.0.1
