Hello.
From a client side
With a TPSOPCWriteTransaction it’s possible to set value for a tag.
Is where any possibility to set status and time for a tag.

That is not possible with OPC DA 2.05. There is a service defined in OPC DA 3.0 for that, if your server supports it. As Sentrol only supports 2.05, you will need to do that a bit differently. If you need it from your Sentrol client application (and your server supports OPC DA 3.0), I can try to provide an example how that might be possible.
