No, there isn’t at the moment. We are relying on the implementation of the communication and security by OPC Foundation and that is implemented in the DLL. You will also need to redistribute the OpenSSL dlls for the security.
In future, there is a theoretical option to implement everything in Delphi, but I don’t see it feasible at the moment. These are important details for interoperability, so it would be a huge task to make a new implementation that would be on the same level and quality.
