Dear Support,

I’m having problem connecting Prosys Client to browse Tag from MatrikonOPC Server.
These are how it looks like

it return message “Interface IOPCServer not supported” for MatrikonOPC.Modbus.1
ClassID : F8582CEC-88FB-11D0-B850-00C0FD104305

or

“Cannot connect to server , MatrikonOPC.Universal.1 No.Valid ClassID” for MatrikonOPC.Universal.1
ClassID : D7CA0556-C317-4512-8B8C-7543DD7FI626

Please support e to solve these OPC connection problem.

This is a basic connectivity problem. If your server is running in another computer, you need to enable DCOM connection to it. If it is running locally, you have some setup problem and it is best to reinstall the server.

Could you show me the exact DCOM connection that could enable these?

I already set DCOM according to this document link:

but still couldn’t establish the connection.
Please guide me about this.

I am sorry, but we don’t have an extensive guide for DCOM configuration. The one that Matrikon provides should be enough to get a connection, especially to the Matrikon product. You can test with the Matrikon OPC Explorer first. If you can connect with it, you should be able to connect with the Prosys OPC Client as well.
